How to Make A New Immune System (Kinda)
As the winter turns into full swing, many are looking for ways to be healthier and reduce their chances of getting sick. The healthier your immune system, the easier it is for that immune system to block and kill any invading pathogens. Here are a few ways to help build up that immune system:
1. Eat good foods
Make sure to eat plenty of vegetables, proteins (lean proteins), grains (fiber), less fats and added sugars, and more nutrients overall. Taking vitamin supplements (such as Vitamin C or Vitamin A) can also help boost your overall immune system.
2. Be Active
Find any way you can to move your body: go for a walk, get a walking pad, or doing stretches and yoga. Being active can help more than just your immunity: its helping your sleep, anxiety, and attitude.
3. Get Sleep
Not getting enough sleep routinely is enough to truly throw off your immune system, and can hurt more than just your immunity: it has shown correlation with dementia and memory problems.
4. No Smoking/Vaping
